Our Timeline

1955

Frikkie Strydom, Ivan Newmark and Norman Anthony establish Strydom, Newmark and Anthony INC.

1961

“Padmaak Laboratorium Dienste” established.

1982

Frikkie Strydom retires – Ivan Newmark takes over as Managing Director.

1985

Dolf van Huysteen becomes Managing Director (Joined in 1960).

1992

Company relocates to new building in La Montagne.

1993

Laboratory established in Richardsbay.

1997

Main Laboratory moves to new facilities.
Labs (Padmaak Laboratorium Dienste) are incorporated into Strydom, Newmark and Anthony INC, trading as SNALAB.

1999

Strydom, Newmark and Anthony INC. is incorporated as SNA Civil and Development Engineers.

2005

Dave Temple becomes Managing Director (Joined in 1970).
SNA Civil and Structural Engineers is established and takes over SNA Civil and Development Engineers.

2014

Johan Stoltz becomes Managing Director (Joined in 1990).
